Kim Allen is an executive business coach, consultant, author and growth strategist with more than 30 years’ experience helping organisations and people improve performance.
His career spans senior leadership with Barclays Bank, Norwich Union and Yellow Pages in the UK, where he led large-scale training operations, developed high-performance sales systems and trained thousands of people. Kim has also founded and led businesses in New Zealand and internationally and authored more than 20 books on business, leadership, sales and personal development.
